The Second edition of DCP Expeditions’ Annual Wildlife and Nature Photography Exhibition held between 16th December and 18th December 2016  displayed two of my images, one each in the Mammals and Reptiles category.

This was a ‘third in a row’ exhibition for me at the Thane Kala Bhavan and it was a great feeling to be part of 130 photographers displaying over 300 images across various genres.

‘Lapping up the evening’ –
Tadoba! We were at the fag end of the day’s safari as we waited at the Yenboudi waterhole near the Telia region hoping that Sonam and/ or three of her cubs resting nearby come over for a drink. One DID walk down… and I tried to ensure I made good use of the magnificent golden light of the evening.

‘Sometimes Green means Danger!’
Our guide spotted this Green Vine Snake in the forests of Matheran, Maharashtra on a photography tour with DCP Expeditions. It was pitch dark, the only source of illumination being a soft LED light.
